Overview
Air Covered Yarn (ACY) combines a covering filament yarn (polyester or nylon) and an elastomeric spandex core through an air-jet interlacing process. The result is a yarn with controlled stretch, recovery and texture suitable for knitting and weaving applications where elasticity and production efficiency are important.
